We believe this is because we are not just there to install & support their hardware; we are also there - at the end of the phone, or in person - to discuss any issues they may be facing and suggest how IT may be used to help.

We are not tied in to any suppliers so will always recommend solutions best suited to your needs not ours. We do have key agreements in place with some major suppliers, such as Hewlett Packard and Draytek, so that when they are the most suitable solution we can secure the best prices and support for you.

We conduct our business openly and honestly so that you know what you are getting and you know what you paying for. Our hardware prices are always competitive and generally cheaper than the high street. We share the benefits of our purchasing agreements with you, simply charging for our time installing it and our pricing policy is clear and simple.

We understand that you may have other IT suppliers. Maybe for the business software you use, or the photocopier / printer you have or even the people who developed your website. We are happy to work with you and any other business partners you have. Sometime it will save you a lot of time and hassle by us just liaising with your other IT providers to resolve issues.
